The Coaching Journey
Mohit started coaching on the gym floor at 17. He grew up playing cricket — often the slow one, the sloppy one.
That experience made him obsessed with one thing: how people actually perform — not how programs look on paper.
Over 10+ years, he coached busy professionals, developing athletes, and competitive performers. People with diabetes and high cholesterol. Athletes recovering from ACL surgery who didn't trust their bodies under pressure.
The pattern was always the same:
People were putting in effort — but without structure, progression, or execution standards.
The Problem He Saw

One client came diagnosed with diabetes, high cholesterol, 37% body fat, and long-standing knee and lower-back issues. Movement felt unsafe. He had very little confidence in his body.
